Its Silly Nonsense is a boutique lifestyle brand creating witty, aesthetic, Housewives-inspired products: books, journals, candles, gifts, and more. Everything is designed with a playful glam twist.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as we are a small business and many of our products can’t be resold once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
3. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the damage. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
4. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processing.
5. How long will my order take to ship?
Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the product. Books, journals, and candles may take slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
We do not currently offer international shipping.

We typically ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination. Tracking will always be provided.
8. Are your candles safe and what are they made of?
Our candles are made with soy wax. Burn responsibly and never leave a candle unattended.

Yes! Our products are designed to be fun, aesthetic, and gift-ready for holidays, birthdays, housewarmings, and more.
10. I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If you entered the wrong address, we will try to update it if the order has not shipped yet. Once shipped, we can’t reroute packages.
